Designed
for dedicated yoga practitioners (including teachers), Six Days on
Freedom 2004 presents a comfortable and relaxed
community-oriented milieu in which to access the subtle and profound
teachings of yoga science and philosophy, including the dynamics of
subtle and gross anatomy, meditation and mantra, Sanskrit and sutra
study, asana and pranayama, and various branches of Hatha, Tantra,
Kundalini, Buddhism, and Ayurveda. Our aim is to lessen the
emphasis on asana, thus creating a forum where practitioners can
immerse themselves within the transformational spirit of yoga as a
complete science, or technology of self-mastery, inner-awakening and
personal freedom.
