"Six Days on Freedom:
Teaching Yoga as Transformation & The Journey of Awakening"
A
Life-Changing, Advanced Training Retreat for Teachers & Dedicated
Practitioners
Monday,
July 21 - Saturday 26, 2003
Olympia, Washington
BEYOND
ASANA...
This event is a focused training intensive for teachers and dedicated
practitioners wanting to deepen their knowledge of yoga sadhana.
Our aim is to lessen the emphasis on asana by creating a forum where
teachers can learn to infuse the transformational spirit of yoga into
their instruction vernacular -- a unique concept in yoga teacher training.
Participants
will be taken well beyond the study of asana,
exploring yoga as a complete science, or
technology of self-mastery, inner-awakening, and personal freedom.
During 6 days of asana practice, lecture, Q&A, and focused
workshops and discussions, participants will be invited to examine the
intention they bring to their teaching and practice of asana, while being
offered the opportunity to explore the deeper dimensions of yoga as a
technology of personal alchemy and liberation.
