CHILDCARE

Childcare is available for children 2 years to 11 years of age at the cost of $35 per day, per child. Professional services are available from 8am to 6pm and will be managed by the Child Care Action Council of Olympia, Washington, a professional nonprofit organization. Our Childcare program will have a strong yoga emphasis, using stories, games, singing and arts & crafts that draw from they yoga tradition as well as the yoga experience.

YOGA FOR CHILDREN

MEALS AND ACCOMMODATIONS FOR CHILDREN

In order to customize a package which best meets your needs, we are handling meals and accommodations for attendees with children on a individualized basis according to the following criteria:

1. Age of child.

2. Total number in your party.

3. Availability of double occupancy onsite accommodations.

At this time, we are pleased to offer the following three options for children:

OPTION A. You may purchase discounted accommodations for your child at $240 for the entire six nights. The parent (who has paid $420 for the adult accommodation/meals package) and the child will share a double occupancy room, with separate beds. For your convenience, you may pay for children's meals with cash or credit card as you make your purchases.

OPTION B. If there are two in your party who are sharing a double occupancy room and paying for accommodations, then one child, age 10 or under, may stay in your room in a sleeping bag at no extra charge (as per the policy of our retreat site, The Evergreen State College). This option works well for two adults bringing one child, or for one adult bringing two children; one child may stay in sleeping bag at no extra charge, while the the other child will need to purchase accommodation package A or C. You are responsible for bringing your own sleeping bag & bedding for the child staying for free. For your convenience, you may pay for children's meals with cash or credit card as you make your purchases.

OPTION C. You may purchase full accommodation/meals package for your child $420. This is the most complete and ease-of-use package available. The parent and child will share a double occupancy room, with separate beds. This is the most comprehensive package for your child, as there will be no need to purchase individual meals with cash or credit card.

Payment for childcare and reduced children's accommodations can be by check or credit card. The credit card option will be processed via telephone call.
