In the strength of this yoga, faithfully followed:
The mind is firm, and the heart
So full, it hardly holds its love.

VINYASA FUSION is an integrative, non-aggressive practice of mindfulness, aligned posture, physical challenge, breath, self-inquiry, balance and awakening.  Yoga postures are linked with steady and consistent breath in a flowing sequence that links action with intention, body with mind.  Classes  range from gentle and restorative, to meditative and spacious, to vigorous and strength building.

Informed by the sequencing, meditation and pranayama techniques of Yogiraj Rod Stryker's Pure Yoga®, Anusara's Universal Principles of Alignment developed by John Friend, and the playful, precise and non-aggressive method of Cyndi Lee's OM yoga, VINYASA FUSION is a physical, mental and spiritual practice that can help us reconnect to the essential joy, peace and goodness that are our birthright.  Among the many fruits of this satisfying and challenging practice are a focused mind, and a delightful sense of physical and emotional health, strength, balance, insight and well-being -- many of the ingredients necessary to living a satisfying and fulfilling life.
